These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hi Pepper(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Hi Pepper is an AI assistant that lets businesses manage CRM, scheduling, invoicing, and customer messaging through chat. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, trials, billing & refunds

• Free trial: new accounts include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
• Paid plans: billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
• Cancel anytime: you can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• No refunds for partial periods. Message top-up credits are non-refundable.
• Price changes: we may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable law.
• Violate the rights of others or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from the people you message and for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta’s terms, and all applicable messaging and privacy laws.

5. Your content & data

You own the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI features

The Service uses AI to interpret messages and generate responses and records. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. AI output is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta, Stripe). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Hi Pepper and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Pepper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
